At the end of the year, the Quadriga Campus is once again getting busy: the next phase of our extensive renovation has officially begun. The rear part of the building is currently a hive of activity - we are clearing out, demolishing and making space for something new. The aim is to take another big step towards a modern, uniform appearance for the entire campus.
The area, which previously bore the name „Oberwall“ due to its access from Oberwallstraße, will not only be given a new look, but also a new name: „Studio“. The renaming is accompanied by a completely new spatial concept that fits seamlessly into the design of the rest of the Quadriga Campus.
We can look forward to a brand new, stylish studio with a clear design language: modern green tones, a well thought-out plant concept and high-quality materials are planned to give the space an open and pleasant atmosphere. Naturally, the new loft will also be equipped with a Coffee Point The office is perfectly equipped for short breaks, informal meetings or for exchanging ideas in between.
The go-ahead for the construction work has already been given on Monday, December 1, The first demolition work began. The walls were dismantled first, with the next step being the complete removal of the floor. The remaining time until Christmas will be used intensively to complete both the demolition and the drywall work. This will create the ideal basis for us to start building and installing the new elements right at the beginning of the new year.
The schedule is set: The conversion of the studio is due to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. We are already looking forward to being able to use the new space together soon - as another modern, inspiring place on the Quadriga Campus.
Stay tuned!
