How do I book a room on the Quadriga Campus?
You can submit your request by phone at 030 848 59 0 or by mail to quadriga-campus@quadriga.eu to ask. We will then coordinate the details of your event. You will receive a quote with the option to confirm. As soon as you confirm the offer, your room is firmly booked.
Can I take a look at the Quadriga Campus before making a decision?
Yes, of course we would be happy to arrange a viewing appointment with you.
How much does it cost to rent the Quadriga Campus?
It depends on the room and your individual requirements. We will be happy to provide you with a suitable offer.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, a cancellation is possible under the following conditions:

Up to 91 days before the start of the event: free of charge

90 to 41 days: 20 %
-
40 to 21 days: 60 %
-
20 to 8 days: 80 %
-
7 to 3 days: 90 %
-
Thereafter: 100 %
Can I change the number of participants after booking?
It is possible to reduce the number of participants up to 4 weeks before the start of the event. Please note that this may result in a recalculation of the conference fee.

Our event technician and the campus team are always at your disposal.

Yes, in the entire Quadriga Campus. Internet access is included in the room rental.
Can I book food and drinks?
We are happy to do so - we also offer the event including catering.
Can I have materials delivered in advance?
Yes, up to three days before the event. Please coordinate the delivery with us in advance.
Who is my local contact?
The campus team will be at your side throughout the event.
How long before the event can I arrive?
We allow 30 minutes for set-up and dismantling. If you would like to come earlier or follow up for longer, just let us know.
What happens if my event lasts longer?
If the room is no longer booked, you are welcome to stay longer. We will then adjust the room rent if necessary.
How do I get to the Quadriga Campus?

- Streetcar: 12 and M1 to Am Kupfergraben

- Parking garage Friedrichstadt-Passagen (Taubenstraße)

How accessible is the Quadriga Campus?
